Influence de la scénarisation sur l'utilisation d'un cédérom d'initiation à la sociologie

Abstract : As part of the evaluation of a prototype educational CD-ROM, we studied the effect of different interfaces on the comprehension of concepts in sociology. Two interfaces were tested with 10th and 11th Grade students (Economy majors). Results indicate that the interface with a learning scenario influences the consultation of documents and the perceived cognitive load : the students consulted less documents and their perceived cognitive load was more important with a scenario than without. On the other hand, we didn't observe any influence of the scenario on the evolution of pupils' conceptions : working with multimedia documents, whatever the interface used, led the students' representations to become closer to those of a group of experts.
