OPHELIA - générateur d'hypertexte pédagogique

Abstract : A prototype of the third generation of pedagogical hypertext tools, OPHELIA provides the ability to visualize and interactively create or modify the
semantic structure of a document. Written in Java, and including new editing abilities, this tool allows for the segmenting of plain text or HTML documents into
semantically structured pedagogic material. By allowing the identification of semantic content within a document, this tool supports the reuse of concepts and their arguments in new texts and across disciplines. The ability to enrich a document with semantic information provides a range of new possibilities for authors, educators and students.
