EIAH : Quel retour d'informations pour le tuteur ?

Abstract : It is now well accepted by all the researchers working in the field of LMS that to include a human tutor within the system is necessary. However, this participation poses a problem since the time spent by the tutor to follow and to analyse the student's activities can easily become prohibitive. To overcome this problem, we propose that the system supply the tutor with indicators, helping him/her to appreciate quantitatively but also qualitatively the student 's works, without studying the details of the trace. After reminding some works about CSCL concerned by sudent'traces, we propose a formative evaluation system using QCM and supplying the tutor only with information about the learner's difficulties. In the long term, we think to develop a mechanism of filtering the whole trace, which supplies the tutor with semantic information of a higher level of abstraction.
