Usage de plate forme collaborative gratuite dans le cadre de la préparation au CAPES de Documentation

Abstract : During the past five years, the concepts of distance learning and information management have become concepts that, in an increasing way, are requesting the use of computerized communication techniques. The present paper describes the installation and the evaluation of two collaborative working systems by using two platforms supplied free of charge by and www.voilà.fr. In our analysis we will describe two preparatory learning devices for the CAPES school librarian diploma. The analysis of these two examples makes it possible to conclude that such a collaborative tool and motivated teachers are not enough to create favourable situations of mutualisation. The quantitative and qualitative measurements of email flow and deposited documents, and the interpretation that we give of them, allow us to conclude that the success of a collaborative system is related to the determination of the site organizer as well as meeting the users' needs.
