Enseigner et apprendre avec les technologies : Une expérience de conduite de changement à l'INP Grenoble

Abstract : This paper presents strategies used by the INP Grenoble, to favour ICTE development.
Four key issues are illustrated :
- to obtain a management of ICTE structured and operational
- to get teachers and leaders aware of ICTE possibilities
- to support and launch new projects that fit relevant uses
- to free teachers from technical, administrative and financial tasks in favour of creativity.
For each issue are exposed the methodology used, the obtained results and the corrective improvements added.
