Modes de collaborations au sein de groupes d'apprentissage dans une formation à distance universitaire

Abstract : The present study focuses on the Computer-Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) through the ICT within an Open and Distance Learning (ODL) university environment. The efficiency or the quality of this pedagogical approach depends in particular upon a good understanding of both the nature and the modalities of collaboration between learners. In this paper we present an experiment based on more open collaborative activities in which the learners are given a share in the learning process being invited to define themselves the collaboration modalities. Our objective is therefore to provide a description and a deeper insight into the types of relationships that foster a collaborative learning environment through ICT. By analysing the contents of the forums, our investigations revealed three collaboration modalities related to diverse types of interaction.
