L'utilisation d'un simulateur dans la formation de cadres d'entreprises : intérêt pour le développement de la prise de recul sur les pratiques professionnelles

Abstract : Within the framework of company training and consultancy, the Cegos has developed during the
period 2000-2002 a managerial simulator: Manager's Studio®. This tool has been used since then in different open courses, and was introduced in an innovating training system during summer 2003. The purposes of this training were to develop some methods of cognitive processing analysis that are implemented in management situations, thanks to awakening and stand back attitude. The objective of this paper is to show how this tool can help implementing awakening and stand back attitude, in the way it has been integrated and used in this training. We will show, thanks to a cognitive analysis, how the tool helps the trainees to share from common simulated situations, and to become aware all at once of their own way to analyse and of their management practices.
