Abstract : If the watch in pedagogy (intelligence competitive in pedagogy) remains another vague notion for the most part of us and is more often compared by misunderstanding with that of the surveillance even espionage, it is important to notice that nowadays among the typology of its various domains of action (Cultural, environmental, marketing, scientific, sociétale, strategic, technological) the education in France is a domain where his actors have to win maybe most of his activities.
