Apports d'une modalité de tutorat proactive ou réactive sur l'utilisation des aides dans un hypermédia de formation à distance

Abstract : This work shows the effects of two tutoring methods in a hypermedia learning environment. In this hypermedia the learners have access to a tutor but also to cognitive tools, metacognitive tools and navigation tools. The tutor's interventions are clearly defined : a proactive style when the tutor steps in the learner's work to help him and a reactive style when the tutor only react to the learner's stimulation. Our results show that a proactive tutoring improves the use of the learning tools. It's important to note that the effects of the tutoring are different following the functions of the learning tools.
