Approche minimaliste de la formation d'enseignants du supérieur au rôle de concepteur-tuteur de cours en ligne.

Abstract : First we give a survey of ICT skills for teachers in elementary, secondary and higher education. Then we focus on a type of training for teachers which directly deals with the learner-teacher relationship, and which aims at changing the way of teaching from an instructional mode to another one centered on the learner's knowledge construction, inviting teachers to integrate communities of practice. To bridge the gap, this imposes an experiential stage as learner in a collaborative learning group and in a 100% distance–learning context. Our experience of design and group animation of such a distance-learning course for teachers at the university is presented and its scheme is revised, according to theoretical models of collaboration, to be adapted to a great scale diffusion to fit the needs of minimal abilities for a designer-tutor at the university.
