Suivi de stages sur une plate-forme pédagogique PostNuke : Monographie de recherche

Abstract : This monograph recounts an experiment carried out on DCPLI (Distributed Collective Practices of Learning over the Internet) by a group of students preparing a communication information degree as a follow-up to the end-of-year training period. The research activity was divided into 2 stages:
- A stage of design and construction of the Virtual Environment (VE) PostNuke, they used from July 2004 to April 2005
- A stage of familiarization with the VE by the group of students from May to September 2005.
In this paper, we will first discuss the context and the design process of the PostNuke platform they used, especially the collaboration between designers and teachers concerning technical decisions. We will then question the conditions of familiarization with the proposed VE as well as platform usage. Surveys carried out with students and the analysis of their contribution make it possible to better understand the obstacles they met and the difficulties of using a collaborative platform within the proposed framework. The interesting parts of the VE are also highlighted by the students, especially in terms of exchange, support and the limits of online writing of this test introduced to them for the first time.
