Le processus réflexif dans la formation de formateurs de type collaboratif en ligne

Abstract : A distance learning course, called Inti, has jointly been setup between a master degree (FOAD) from the University of Franche-Comté and the regional board of education (Rectorat). Its aim is to introduce teachers, belonging to the secondary school system, to the new French syllabus in educational technology and its certificate named C2i level 2. Inti offers an apprenticeship where teachers work in online small learning groups. Issues such as collaborative work, the tutor / e-moderator's roles are addressed through an approach mixing practical experience and a sequence of reflective activities on this experience. This training introduces a discontinuity within the teaching practice when it requires to work within a network by negotiating, moderating, questioning the practice. We aim at developing everyone's electronic personality by playing on relationships between individual versus work and group life, when relying on various kinds of reflective feedbacks, which we consider as being mandatory steps of the collaborative work during the learning process. We discuss the key issue of reflective thinking and show that without it collaboration may step back to simply grouping people. We comment the different technological environments which supported our objectives.
