MOCA, une approche expérimentale de l'ingénierie des EIAH

Abstract : This paper describes an experimental approach of CAL engineering. We have designed a training scenario with a normalized description tool. We highlight an experiment with 38 students of a technology high school, and deal with the discrepancies between the designed scenario and the real use of the pedagogical materials by human agents (tutor and learner). The methodology used is based on three process (computer logs , interviews and in situ observations). Results can be a first approach to organize the re-engineering of the system.
