Utiliser des connaissances abstraites ou contextualisées pour proposer différents types d'aide

Abstract : We propose in this paper a research based on psychology studies about analogical transfer. These studies have proved that the content of the analogical transfer depends on the learner. Actually, this transfer can involve either abstract knowledge (schemata), or contextualized knowledge (cases). We propose here an architecture for an ILE (Interactive Learning Environment) which can propose to the learner several types of assistance during problem solving. Actually, assistance can consist in remembering him an abstract knowledge, or a similar problem he has already seen.
